Information we collect

We do not require you to create an account, and the current version of the app does not collect your name, email address, precise location, contacts, or advertising identifiers.

The app may request access to your camera or photo library only when you choose to take or select a photo for tattoo preview.

How photos are handled

Photos selected from your library or captured with the camera are processed locally on your device to create the tattoo preview. We do not upload, receive, sell, or share those photos. You control whether to grant or revoke access through iOS Settings.

Saved designs and app preferences

Your selected tattoo ideas and app preferences may be kept locally on your device so the app can provide its features. This information is not transmitted to us. Removing the app may remove locally stored information.

Advertising, analytics, and tracking

The current version is ad-free and does not include third-party advertising SDKs, behavioral analytics, or cross-app tracking. We may introduce advertising in a future version. Before ads are added, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures to identify the advertising providers, the information they process, and any choices available to you. We do not sell personal information.

Purchases

The current version does not offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. If Apple in-app purchases are introduced later, payment processing will be handled by Apple under Apple’s own terms and privacy policy. We will update this policy to describe any new data handling.

Third-party services

Apple may process information related to downloading, installing, and using apps through the App Store and iOS. That processing is governed by Apple’s privacy policy. The app does not currently send your tattoo previews to external services.

Children’s privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us.

Security and retention

Because preview photos are processed locally and are not collected by us, we do not retain them on our servers. You are responsible for securing your device and controlling access to photos stored on it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app’s features or legal requirements change. The latest version will always appear on this page with a revised effective date.
